How to Use It

This is what we hand-tie our own skirts with on every lure we sell. If you're re-skirting a lure or building your own rig, use this rather than whatever thread is in the tackle drawer — it holds under load and doesn't rot in saltwater the way ordinary thread does. See our rigging guide for how skirts and hooksets go together.
