Small, bright, and quick to react. Mahi crash small baits near weed lines and floating structure, so these run 8–9 inches with hand-tied skirts in high-visibility colours. Light enough for lighter tackle, tough enough for a full day of doubles.

Mahi are usually trolled in the same mixed spread as tuna — there's rarely a reason to run a dedicated pass just for them, and we haven't found reliable single-source data on an "ideal" mahi trolling speed, so we won't invent one.
