Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:
Please note that most orders will be processed and shipped Monday-Friday. Cut off time is 12-noon EST. Orders placed on the weekends will be processed the following Monday. 
Please note: Some lures and tackle items are generally built on demand and can take up (7) days to ship. If you have specific time restrictions or needs, please E-mail us before order, we can often accommodate you.
Viketech Offshore is not responsible for shipping carrier delays caused by weather and/or natural disasters.

Free shipping method is at the sole discretion of Viketech Offshore. Generally, Free Shipping is shipped via CAINIAO and China Post depending on weight and size.
*Orders containing oversized lead items such as deep drop weights and fish / downrigger weights are excluded from FREE shipping due to the abnormally heavy nature of this product. This will calculate at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do deliver internationally, although certain products are excluded from international delivery.

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. These duties and taxes will calculate at checkout.

If using a freight forwarder, Viketech Offshore is not responsible for packages that are lost in transit, returned to sender, or delays in transit time. Viketech Offshore is not responsible for covering additional shipping or freight fees. Refunds for returned packages will not be issued until return delivery has been confirmed by facility.

PLEASE NOTE

1. United States: Covers the entire continental United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses;
2. United Kingdom: Covers the entire territory, except for military addresses (BFPO), Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), Isle of Man (Isle of Man);
3. Europe: no delivery service is provided to affiliated islands;
4. Germany, Canada, Mexico, Russia, Brazil, Chile, Japan, Australia, and various Pan-American countries: all are accessible throughout the country;
5. Japan: Kyushu (Fukuoka Prefecture, Saga Prefecture, Nagasaki Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Oita Prefecture, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kagoshima Prefecture), Hokkaido and Okinawa areas need to pay an additional remote surcharge of 5$/ITEM;
6. Vietnam and Thailand: land transportation, delivery throughout the country (recipient's phone number is required);
7. Australia: remote areas need to pay an additional remote surcharge of 10$/ITEM;
